Marc Snyderman

Marc Snyderman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Next Point Ventures, a venture studio and compound business platform focused on building, scaling, and operationalizing middle-market and early-stage companies. He leads investments and venture creation across technology, government services, advanced manufacturing, and consumer platforms, partnering with founders to transform strong ideas into investor-ready and exit-capable businesses. He is also a business attorney with over 30 plus years of experience supporting clients with a range of business opportunities and issues from formation to dissolution.

Marc's work sits at the intersection of venture capital and hands-on execution. Through Next Point's Solution Stack™ — spanning strategy, capital formation, operational infrastructure, and technology — he works alongside portfolio leadership teams to accelerate go-to-market traction, institutionalize systems, and unlock enterprise value creation.

Prior to founding Next Point Ventures, Marc was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of UTRS, Inc, a company he helped grow from 75 employees to 300 employees in a five (5) year period. His operating background informs his investment philosophy: companies scale faster when capital is paired with execution, not just oversight.

He is particularly focused on sectors where regulatory complexity, operational friction, or market fragmentation create opportunities for platform building and value arbitrage.
